What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients should know that my practice is focused exclusively on comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations rather than ongoing therapy. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults who are looking for thoughtful, in-depth answers to questions about ADHD, autism, mood symptoms, learning or cognitive concerns, and memory changes. My approach is warm, collaborative, and thorough. I take time to understand the whole person, not just a checklist of symptoms. The goal is to provide clear, individualized diagnostic insight along with practical recommendations that can help guide next steps.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process usually begins with a detailed clinical intake, where I learn about the client’s history, current concerns, and goals for the evaluation. From there, I determine what type of testing is appropriate and tailor the assessment to the specific referral questions. The evaluation may include clinical interviewing, review of relevant records, and evidence-based psychological or neuropsychological testing. After the assessment is completed, I provide feedback to review the results, explain any diagnoses or findings, and discuss recommendations and next steps. My goal is for clients to leave with a clearer understanding of their strengths, challenges, and the most helpful path forward.
