Booked an appointment for a specific procedure, which most places will do same day. I specified that the appointment was for a specific procedure, and showed up. No one called to inform me that this clinic/physician would not do these procedures same day, despite having specified when booking. I waited 2 hours before being seen by the physician, and was them informed that their policy was to do an exam, and then book another appointment for the actual procedure. No apologies offered, just "we never call patients before hand" from the physician himself. When I asked for clarification on why x procedure couldn't be done the same day here, all I got was "there's a few reasons" , with no offer of clarification. I am a physician myself. This is incredibly uncourteous, unprofessional, and a waste of time. Find yourself a provider that actually cares for patients, takes the time to explain things, and a place that cares about patients more then just billing for repeat visits.

Dr. Cestari has been my doctor for many years, he actually delivered my last child who is now 23 years old. He is always concerned, listens to all kinds of questions with no judgement, and provides professional advice in regards to further care. He is a great doctor.

Dr. C and his immediate staff were good. However, the administrative staff downstairs at checking-in needs much improvement. Makes me nervous to continue to use this hospital if there are red flags with the admin staff.

Dr. Cestari has been my gynecologist for three years now. He has always shown professionalism, always attentive, and he listens to any concerns or questions that I may have. He never rushes through any visit to get to the next patient. He takes his time to make sure you have a clear understanding of your exams. He also reads his patients chart before he gets into the exam room which is very, very important to me. I don’t expect doctors to remember all of their patients because obviously they see so many different people on the daily basis, so I’m very happy that I’m not continually repeating myself because my doctor failed to read my chart before he entered the exam room. Emails are also ALWAYS answered in a timely fashion. He’s definitely a great doctor. I know sometimes women are shy, embarrassed, or even uncomfortable to discuss the female body and the changes they may endure. So if you’d like to receive quality care all while feeling judge free, I recommend you make Dr. Cestari your primary gynecologist. Thank you Dr. Cestari for caring about your patients!
