“Great experience with doctor… however checking in - I was ignored by three people - two were on the phone but main person didn’t even look up the third was on computer and it “ plainly wasn’t her job”
Then at checkout waited again and the one who thinks it’s not her job also brushed the doctor off at checkout.
But overall doctor is worth it and was great! Once I did get a checkout guy he was great too”

This was the best visit I have ever had thanks to your provider! He was wonderful. Not only did he go out of his way to explain to me why I have had vision problems, but he explained to me the root cause, all my symptoms from a young age, and was very thorough with our complete visit. This doctor was amazing. He listened to everything I had to say. I’ve had astigmatism since I was in sixth grade. I’m in my late 50s and I just found out the reason and the mechanics of astigmatism and it really helped me understand my vision more clearly and he got me I’m in contacts for the first time. My vision is getting better every day with them and I’m actually not tired. I’m not squinting. It’s really been revolutionary. I appreciated all his expertise and would recommend him highly.

My experience with this provider and the office staff in general was excellent. The provider listened while I explained the issue and responded with questions so he could further understand and then provided me with answers and why I was having the blurred vision issues. I now have new glasses and the blurred vision is gone!
