What should a new client know about working with you?

Compassion is what heals people. But healing is often blocked by the emotional clutter we avoid—unprocessed feelings we distract ourselves from. My work focuses on releasing those blocks, allowing the body and mind’s natural healing processes to take hold.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Everyone is different, and every relationship is different, so expect to be surprised. Clients often tell me I’m the first person they’ve ever shared a certain secret with. Some say they don’t know why they break into tears around me, or that my presence feels calming. Others say I’ve helped them see life in a way they never had before.
