The doctor was excellent. I went for a physical exam and had a great experience. The staff was helpful, the facilities were clean, and Dr. Velpari was informative. Unfortunately, the office was unaware of my appointment as they did not have access to Zocdoc’s capabilities, but they were still very accommodating and took me on time for my appointment. Highly recommend his service!

The doctor office doesn’t care about patients, they are lousy and unprofessional.
On my first visit day I had to wait 45 mins to see the doctor on a working day, seems his time is more important than others. Then after bloodwork no contact from then.
They were supposed to contact me with followup appointment but no their office doesn’t care. I called 1 week later, they gave me online access to the portal & told to wait for call to schedule. Staff told me doctor will contact which he never did.
2 weeks passed by no communication, I had to call third time to ask if doctor want me to visit or give me a call regarding reviewing the blood work? Then office staff said me to wait and they will call me that they never did. Last time I called again in third week to ask again and staff tried to give me few schedules on another working days in next 2 weeks. I lost patience by then and told them about my decision to take my business somewhere else.
They are extremely unprofessional.
