Getting to know Dr. Susan Guy
In medical school at the University of California, San Diego, I became interested in the mind and what makes us human rather than just studying the brain and physical body. I am particularly fascinated by how our environment, behaviors, and beliefs impact our experience of the world. The most enjoyable part of my work is empowering people, and I look forward to helping them realize their goals.
After completing my residency at the University of Washington, I continue to integrate this holistic perspective into my practice.
Having grown up in New Zealand, I learned early that being active and outside is important to our wellbeing. I enjoy SCUBA diving and connecting to the landscape through hiking and plein air painting.

I have no insurance so the quick way was to find an online psychiatrist to get something for anxiety or at least a refill for my current prescription..this doctor refused to give me anything for my anxiety. she even refused to refill my prescription. I'm aware I need to see someone in person , more established care. But at this moment I needed help and she refused to prescribe anything. waste of time and money
