“Everything about the appointment went well except one thing. I’m not from Texas and my GPS didn’t take me directly there so I tried calling the phone number given & it kept going to different voicemail options to leave a message. I was trying to talk to a live person to get directions..that was very stressful and think there should be a way to speak to someone directly.”

Friendly, Dr O’Dea was amazing and patient as my elderly mother was explaining her issues.

Nice as always very fast and focused allways help when I have questions love this place.
Overall was nice and got straight to the exam of the issue. Techs were having personal conversations and gave unclear instruction. When it was time to read and recite the letter I was only asked "what are these". The 2nd waiting room after eyes were dilated, the room seemed little dirty with used tissues on the table with no one near. Discharges/treatment instructions other than to continue what I was already doing were not gone over with me. On my discharge instructions it states I can do "eye scrubs and massages" idk what this means or how to execute.
Never stated that kids were not accepted

Dr. treated me like a walking virus, I went there to know what was wrong with my eyes, she told me after my visit she was gonna have to sanitize the whole office, very sad because I was already very upset in pain and I didn't need to be treated like that. one of the front desk worker was very nice even offer to give me a hug.

If you don’t want people without insurance say so on your website. Actual quote from the doctor about my chronic condition: “if it’s not irritated when I see it there’s nothing I can do.” You can’t get in on a day it’s irritated so I guess that’s code for go somewhere else. I got the barest of exams and no treatment of any kind. I felt truly dehumanized and hopeless after visiting this doctor.

The doctor was very attentive and knowledgeable!

Office location was conveinent. Facility was not much to look at from outside but the interior was neat, clean. Staff was friendly although the technician wasn't sure to check my far vision glassess or the ones I need for coputer/reading (tri-vision). Ultimately, my reading and computer prescriptions were not assessed.. As someone who needs read/use computer for work that was disappointing. The opthalmologist didn't ask much about my vision needs and I didn't receive a prescription at the end of the visit. Optical shops have always asked for a precripton within the past year when I purchase new glassess. I would rate them as meh.
The person who did the intake was very thorough, efficient, friendly and patient. Dr. O'Dea was also very efficient, knowledgeable and approachable. I would probably recommend this doctor to another person but I have only had one visit so it is a little premature to make a recommendation.
