About Dr. Tammy Le Phan

Tammy Le, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University and an additional bachelor's degree in Vision Science. She completed extensive clinical externships at South Florida Vision and Eye Centers of South Florida, where she focused on family eye care and ocular disease. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida and received a Bachelor of Molecular Biology and Microbiology degree. Dr. Le is a board-certified Optometric Physician certified by the National Board of Optometry (Parts I, II, and III) and the state of Florida. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Florida Optometric Association, and the Central Florida Optometric Association. Upon graduation, Dr. Le moved to Pennsylvania and practiced primary care optometry for several years. Tired of the cold, she happily moved back to sunny Florida in 2017. Dr. Le has a special interest in the treatment and management of various ocular conditions and diseases, such as glaucoma and macular degeneration, as well as fitting a wide range of contact lenses. Dr. Le resides in Casselberry, Florida, with her husband, Tai, along with their dog, Bailey, and cat, Munchie. In their spare time, they love discovering new restaurants, exercising, and going to the beach.

With the use of this app my visit was scheduled for 9 am. 8:45 arrival time or 8:30 for forms. The office did not unlock the door until shortly after 9 am. This was my first experience with this practice and the front desk was “meh” kind of like the customer waiting outside of a store to be let in. Except it was a Providers office. The rest was fantastic

Doctor was great. I got to the office more than an hour before my appointment and was still not seen on time. After my visit with the doctor. I was waiting for assistance to talk about my prescription. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, they called someone who had just walked in the door. I ended up leaving without picking out a pair of glasses. They need to have a better system. I took my prescription and will be getting my glasses elsewhere

Was seen by a tech named Sam who was very nice. We joked throughout the entire testing. Was seen at my scheduled time and the entire appointment took less than 20 minutes. They took me back and got all of the tests done very quickly, and then saw me in the front to discuss glasses and payment. Very happy with this experience.
