I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, but I scheduled an appointment for 12/26/25 and found the office closed upon arrival. It may be helpful for the provider to ensure their schedule on Zocdoc accurately reflects their availability so patients aren’t inconvenienced.

Dr Livengood is by far the best physician I have seen! I was blown away by how much she cared and the time she spent with me addressing not only my main purpose, but how to feel better and decrease pain and decline in my joints! I cannot recommend her enough! Never expected to find such a wonderful doctor at this facility. Thank you Dr Livengood for all you did for me!

My insurance was nit accepted. I could pay out of pocket but that was my only option. I submitted my insucard front and Zodoc and the staff at the clinic allowed me to come in and be turned away.

The doctor was not at the office despite it showing availability at zocdoc.
Also they tried to regard case as urgent care, to charge more money, but after insisting that it was normal appointment they agreed to change copay accordingly.
In general visit was good except of these 2 things.

I had a great experience! Only hangup is that they charge the urgent care fee instead of the PPO fee for insurance which is kind of a bummer but still worth it to me. Dr. Livengood was super thorough in her investigation and ran every possible test in order to get answers about medical diagnosis for me. She asked questions and listened really intently to responses. Highly recommend her! ?

I honestly would not waste your time here. The receptionist has no clue what is going on. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me and really did not even make an effort to explain what could possibly be going on.
It took almost two weeks for them to send in my referral so I could schedule.
Each time I went it seemed like it was everyone first day on the job.

Appointment went quick and easy. On Zocdoc it has the doctor under primary care doctor and said it was probably going to be the regular co pay amount. But when I arrived, I realized it was an urgent care so be prepared to pay your urgent care insurance fee! It was double my regular copay. Annoying but it’s fine I guess.

I had a decent experience at this office, but there was a significant oversight in communication. I wasn’t informed that I would be seeing a different provider than I originally booked, which could have been a major issue for me if I had specific preferences. Fortunately, the provider I saw was attentive and a good listener. However, I think it’s crucial for the office to improve their communication regarding provider assignments. Patients often choose providers for specific reasons, and not being informed about changes can be unsettling. Despite this, I’m willing to give them another chance because the provider I saw was good.
