“Great visit. Dr. Angeli was friendly, thorough, and answered my questions. The lady that checked me in and the preliminary tests was also nice and knowledgeable. The lady who assisted me with selecting new glasses and sunglasses was also friendly and very helpful. A front desk staff member blew her nose in front of everyone instead of going to the bathroom. Her nose was red so stay home if you're sick. Otherwise I would return.”

I do not think it is fair to rate Teresa poorly. I do. It think I even saw her. She may be wonderful.
The problem I have is with the staff I did meet. It was clear that I was a distraction from the holiday party. The door was locked when I arrived. I had to call to make sure the store was even open.
They eventually let me in, and checked me in, but then just turned me to the glasses they offer and left me alone. It would have been nice to have a little help in selecting glasses that meet my needs, but I did not receive that service.
The location is convenient, and pricing is fair, but I will not return.
