No, No, No! Twice on two different appointment days they called me and told me that they could not see me because I had missed prior appointments. This is very unprofessional!!! They could have contacted me prior to the day of the appointment and informed me that they were not going to see me so I could of made other arrangements

I drove 35 minutes to my first appointment with Dr Lau just to be told when I got there that they were shortstaffed and I would not be seen. They said they tried to call me to let me know, but that was untrue, I never received a phone call. I have call log to support that. I will not be returning to this office, and I am extremely disappointed.

A meh experience. I had the first appointment after lunch but was not taken back to start anything until 40 min after my appointment start time. After that I felt like everything was super rushed. Things that are normally done by the actual eye doctor were completed by the staff. She didnt even verify the prescription herself.. I guess she trusts the staff but as a brand new patient it was very weird.

This was my first time with this dr. Her nurse (?) was very prompt and I think thorough. I waited for the dr about 20 minutes, but she was personable , addressed my questions and concerns and came up with some good solutions and professional advice. I felt good about my first experience at this clinic.
