About Dr. Todd Mumford

Dr. Todd W. Mumford was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology at Brigham Young University, he earned his Doctorate of Optometry from The Ohio State University, graduating magna cum laude, where he also completed a two-year graduate fellowship in Spanish. Dr. Mumford then served in the US Air Force as Optometry Department Chief in Oklahoma, El Salvador, North Africa, and at Hill Air Force Base. He enjoys all aspects of optometry, including primary eye care, treatment of ocular disease, and contact lens fitting. He is fluent in Spanish. When not practicing optometry, Dr. Mumford enjoys hiking, athletics, serving the community, and spending time with his wife and three children.
