The Doctor was very friendly and knew what he was doing. My rating is more on the fact that it was not asked or disclosed to me that there was going to be something else added to my exam, and then was lied to by the optician that the imaging was mandatory. The retinal imaging should never be mandatory only optional. So of course, instead of my routine eye exam, with insurance, being my usual copay, my exam included something that was not covered by my insurance. I get this is a way for practices to make more money but it is unacceptable. They needed to disclose the price and procedure up front, and not lie to patients. I will no be going back, and did not purchase glasses from them.
