Clinical Certifications and Specialties: Fellow of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development; I specialize in Pediatric and Vision Therapy; Director of the Vision and Learning Center. The reason I became an optometrist is: I grew up with vision issues since childhood and knew since childhood that I wanted to help others that have vision challenges as well. I truly believe that vision is a most valuable sense and want to do what I can to teach people to optimize their visual system to improve performance in life. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Knowing that I have been able to make even a small difference in their quality of life. I love seeing patients through all stages of life and seeing families as they grow. I love the relationships I have developed with my patients over the years. In my spare time, I enjoy: I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, yoga, and walking and spending time in nature.
