Dr. Victoria Davis, PhD

Psychologist
303 5th Ave, New York, NY
Does it seem like you are looking for answers in all the wrong places? Are you in need of a safe space to let go of life's stressors, demands, and transitions? You are not alone. I know firsthand what it feels like to put on that mask and show up for myself even when I don't feel like it. Therapy can provide the accountability needed to deconstruct the thought processes underneath worry, sadness, anger, overeating, low self-esteem, and lack of motivation. I hold a PhD and a Master's degree in Clinical Health Psychology from Virginia State University, which inform my approach to care. I aim to provide a safe, affirming, and collaborative space for you to get closer to what you desire in life. In addition to several talk therapy approaches, I utilize alternative interventions such as mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you achieve a more holistic quality of life. If you are reading this, I know you have the courage it takes to live authentically in a society that does not always make you feel like you are enough. If you are ready to take off the mask and begin your journey of self-acceptance, self-exploration, and healing, I would love to connect with you. You are worthy of peace.
