About Dr. Victoria Dillard
Dr. Dillard is a board-eligible OB/GYN with four years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care and stays current in women's health.
She earned her medical doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville and went on to complete her OB/GYN residency at Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Centre. During her training, she was recognised with the Excellence in Obstetrics Award from the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine and the Excellence in Teaching Award from the University of California, San Francisco. She also holds a Master from Duke University School of Medicine and a Bachelor from Howard University.
Dr. Dillard has a special interest in high-risk pregnancies, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and medical education.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Dillard enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, cooking, spending time with her family, and event planning.
She is currently welcoming new patients and looks forward to providing individualised, comprehensive care with a commitment to excellence at every step.

Dr. Dillard is truly amazing. This is my very first pregnancy, and my anxiety was through the roof, but she immediately made me feel heard and supported. I asked a million questions, and she took the time to answer every single one with patience and care. She has such a calm, compassionate presence, and her staff was just as kind.
I honestly thought finding the right OB-GYN would be difficult, but I feel incredibly lucky to have found Dr. Dillard.
The downside has been communication with the office. The practice is under a larger umbrella, so the phone number provided connects to a centralized booking department that covers multiple offices. It took about three days to reach someone at my actual office, and when I sent a message through the patient portal, it was routed to a different doctor. That part was a bit scary, especially during pregnancy. Since the office is fairly new ,I’m hoping this is just a growing pain. Praying that the feedback that I gave will help improve this.

Dr. Dillard was a joy to meet at my first appointment with her for my third pregnancy. I had a bad experience with a different doctor in my last pregnancy and was a little nervous going into this one. However, I had no reason to be. Dr. Dillard listened to my concerns, took my pain seriously, and I feel confident her high quality of care and attention will continue throughout my pregnancy. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a new OB/GYN.

First of all, as a first time mom I loved the communication. I was contacted and informed Dr. Dillard had earlier availability so I was able to move my appointment up a week. I was a little worried before my appointment due to the reviews, but I learned when I got to the office in Arlington that it was a new location. I was greeted by friendly staff and even when I called for a follow up question they did answer the phone and were able to help. The wait time was very quick especially since I arrived early. The waiting area was very nice and clean. Above all, Dr. Dillard was amazing. I booked with her, specifically, for my prenatal care and she was everything I’d hope for. She was very attentive, listened to all my questions and concerns and provided great care so far. Can’t wait to continue this journey with HHM Arlington and Dr. Dillard.

Dr. Dillard is everything you would want your OBGYN to be - genuinely kind, knowledgeable, non-judgmental, caring, respectful. She made me feel comfortable asking questions and listened to my concerns. I do not live in town but I wish I did so she could be my primary OBGYN. I will be recommending her to my friends and family that live in the area.
