Had an appointment to get fitted for contact lenses for the first time and they took time to explain everything I needed without any rush or pressure. Came in early and was seen with a short wait. Can't speak on pricing yet as I still have to return and order but I did I did snag a Groupon which was a great deal for exam + credit towards lenses & frames. Great visit overall, looking forward to returning!”

I was seen by another doctor who was rude and when I told him I didn’t want to do the retinal scan for an additional cost his demeanor changed. He tried to rush through mentioning it would be an additional cost and talked over me when I tried asking any questions. The eye exam took under 20 seconds (1 or 2) on each eye and seemed rushed and not thorough. The doctor needs to be reported.

The appointment was okay, but my appointment wasn't with the doctor I requested. The doctor I did see was okay, and I think they would be good to see for a standard eye exam. The office itself was fine, it's in the back of the store is and the exam room is pretty tiny. Staff are friendly and very organized. I don't think I'd come back here because of the doctor swapping and because I need additional medical help for my eye issues that looks like it might go beyond what they're able to do at this office.

Optometrists are really encouraging and tell what a great job you've done on various tests and stuff, I felt like an 8 year old in that examination room. I thought I was there for medical testing but she made it so fun like I was there to win a prize or something. She wasn't the doctor advertised on Zocdoc but that's a feature of Zocdoc I guess.
