Dr. Li and staff at Nectar Allergy and Asthma Center in Union Square NYC were very helpful and courteous in ordering an allergy test I needed for my employer and filling out attendent forms. In my experience the service I received from both Nectar and the lab they utilized (LabCorp) was very timely.

I was given no notice of cancellation. Waited 20 minutes in the waiting room for my 10:40AM appointment. Was told at 11 that it had been cancelled.
They rebooked for 11:20Am and the same thing happened again. I waited 20 minutes, received no communication.
