About Dr. Wendy Bui

Wendy Bui, O.D., earned her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, completed in 2000. Inspired by witnessing her grandmother lose her sight and independence due to cataracts, Dr. Bui pursued a career in eye care to help others preserve and protect their vision and eye health. She finds great satisfaction in her work, whether providing new prescriptions for corrective lenses, treating eye diseases, or simply offering reassurance to her patients. Dr. Bui loves that her role as an optometrist makes a significant difference in improving her patients' quality of life. When she isn’t caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her two children, traveling, cooking, gardening, and reading. She speaks both English and Vietnamese.
