About Dr. Wiley Walls
Dr. Wiley Walls is a native Houstonian and a proud Texan. He considers himself city-country, having grown up riding horses and raising dogs on his family farm. Dr. Walls is a proud graduate of Texas Southern University, where he pledged Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. His charming charisma and dedication to service leadership led him to become Mr. Senior. He earned his Doctor of Optometry from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences School of Optometry. Dr. Walls has a special interest in contact lenses and dry eye syndromes. In his final year of optometry school, he received an award of excellence as "best clinician" from his class, along with Johnson & Johnson’s Award of Excellence in Contact Lens Patient Care. Returning to Houston, Dr. Walls’ passions include caring for patients, fishing, big family barbecues, and training his horse Hera. His future goals are expanding his clinical knowledge and his family ranch.

From the moment i booked my appointment through ZOCDOC, everything about my visit with Dr. Walls and his staff was excellent! The paperwork (ipad) was user friendly, and everyone was helpful. They were expecting me, and I was seen by the doctor right away--No waiting , which I really appreciated!
Dr. Walls was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, had great communication skills, and brought a sense of humor to the appointment that made the experience even better. He mentioned that he talks alot! LOL--but honestly, I liked that! It made everything feel more personal and informative.
Even at the end of my visit, the staff member who completed my exam and helped me try on glasses was just as wonderful and professional! The WHOLE team was warm and welcoming, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Truly a wonderful experience--I highly recommend this clinic

This was the most caring Doctor I've ever seen and I've seen quite a few. He listen and addressed every issue and took my concerns seriously. Great customer service! A staff member overheard me mention purple frames. I went to the car to get my shades and when I came he had 2 pair of purple frames lined up for me. I felt heard and cared for. The doctor was very attentive and didn't rush me. He even gave me a sample of drops to try. I highly recommend this office.
