If you are at all a nervous patient, this is not the doctor for you. Dr. R came highly recommended and honestly the positive reviews here really convinced me, but i did not enjoy my experience with her and I probably wont be back. The front desk was helpful and the waiting room was fine, but I did wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see her (on a weekday during the workday) From the start of the appointment, she was dismissive, laughed when I shared part of my medical history and didn’t leave room for me to speak. She was very down to business, made inappropriate jokes to the nurse while she was seeing me, didn’t ask if I had any questions and overall was just rude. The treatment was pain-less and I got a new prescription as soon as I left the office but the way she treated me made me feel icky and not want to return. There are better, friendly gynos who actually care about what you have to say. If you are at all nervous about doctors, please see someone else.

I was looking for a new gynecologist and saw great reviews about Dr. Rodriguez, so I made an appointment. And I agree! Check in process was easy, office was very nice. The Medical Assistant make me feel comfortable as we discussed my purpose for the visit, my history, as well as taking vitals, etc. The Dr. gave time for a discussion as well before the exam. I definitely recommend.

Pretty straightforward appointment. The office was clean and efficient, staff were very nice and helpful. Dr. Rodriguez's bedside manner was ok. It was my first time seeing her. She was professional, listened to my concerns, examined me quickly and thoroughly, sent me for follow up tests. Overall, a good visit and would see her again.

Extremely long wait time - ended up seeing the doctor more than one hour past my appointment time. Doctor and staff were very apologetic though. Doctor was very knowledgeable and good listener so I appreciated that. Staff was also very friendly. Wait time was the only issue.

Dr. Rodriguez was great and efficient. So was the staff! It took about 15 minutes to be seen which wasn’t too bad but a brief wait. The office is very clean and approachable. I would return!

Horrible bedside manner. Dismissive, rude and dry. I actually left the office feeling offended and vulnerable. The last time I saw her, I asked her what exactly she was looking for in a procedure and instead of explaining it to me, she said “don’t worry about it, it’s a long sorry”. For convenience I went back to her this year, she was in an out in minutes and in a very rude and dismissive way, told me she didn’t have the energy to talk about a medical decision I was trying to discuss with her. Truly seems like she did not care about me as a patient and does not have the time or day for anyone. Highly do not recommend this doctor.

The experience in this office with Dr. Rodriguez was incredible. As a non-binary person, I was looking for a doctor who would be sensitive to that and my expectations were more than met. The office had my appointment under my correct name, my chart even had my pronouns in it and a lotta trans friendly language was used. This was also my first GYN visit and Dr. Rodriguez, along with the nurse, Vanessa, were so lovely and helpful in keeping me both calm and informed. Would definitely recommend this office and doctor to others.

Dr. Rodriguez was great! Clear, straightforward, non-judgmental and approachable. The nurse was also really friendly and made me feel comfortable, while still being quick and efficient. The only issue I had was when I needed to call the office to confirm the purpose of my visit and it took me over an hour to get through to someone.

Run, don't walk, to book your appointment with Dr. Rodriguez. Super professional and personable, I knew I was in the right place when she ordered another ultrasound just to make sure everything inside was "Kool and the Gang." Clinic staff amazing as well, keep your charts, forms and appointments super organized and procedures done flawlessly (also Vanessa does a blood draw so fast and smooth, I've had mosquito bites I've been more aware of going in). Could not recommend more highly.

First time patient and during the unprecedented times of Covid none the least. Dr. Rodriguez’ office and staff was kind, approachable, very well organized and very professional. Every staff member ensured / followed health compliances to keep everyone safe. Office waiting & exam rooms were clean.
Staff interactions were pleasant and Dr. Rodriguez was through in asking history and in educating me in my options. Definitely would recommend.

1.) Unprofessional. I was recommended to her by my former doctor who had left the profession. The minute Dr Rodriguez reviewed my chart with my previous doctor - she huffed and said " I cannot believe Dr XXX never ever had her patients continually tested for HPV or provide them with X procedure". This is incorrect. My previous doctor tested me once a year. Also, why should I know how she's treated her other patients?
2.) Horrible bedside manner. Condescending and argued and humiliated me about my choice for birth control. Made me feel like I was a young dumb girl with no other options (I am in my mid 30's with a career). Pushed me to pursue IUD even though she does not provide the procedure in her office. When I said I was concerned about the side effects of birth control - her response was that doctors have done much more reading that the average person and the side effects of pregnancy were much worse and that I should have the right to choose when I get pregnant. As if I am going around recklessly.

Excellant experience. I found this Dr on zocdoc. She had good reviews and an available appointment. The front staff team physicians assistant and Dr were all kind and professional. I will definitely switch to this Doctor. I was unhappy with my former gynecologist who seemed short and dismissive.
