Friendly staff but the motive was only to sell glasses. I did my eye exam and indicated I did not know if I needed them I was just overdue for an exam but was curious if my eyesight had worsened. I was only briefly told I had an astigmatism and was motioned to the front to pick out my glasses. Was not told of the rest of the information of my exam, how often I needed to wear them etc. I assumed as I was being motioned to the front, it was crucial that I needed them. I definitely should have pressed harder to ask questions but as someone who has never needed glasses, it seemed bizarre that my results were not told to me verbally or written down. Business is definitely only beneficial for people who already have glasses to get new ones.
