Dr. Tyrance is one of the most thoughtful and thorough physicians I’ve seen. He took the time to answer my questions and clearly explain what was contributing to my pain rather than just treating the symptoms. I really appreciated his holistic approach—he helped me understand how limitations in one area cause referred pain and inflammation in others, and more importantly, how to address the core issue. He’s transparent, knowledgeable, and excellent at explaining the connection between the source of the problem and the pain you’re experiencing. He gave me several treatment options to consider, along with other recommendations that could support my overall recovery and long-term wellbeing as an active person. On top of that, he has a great personality and makes the visit comfortable and entertaining. I never felt rushed and left feeling informed, reassured, and confident about my treatment plan. Highly recommend
