Dr. Brooks is probably a great doctor for others, but his bedside manner is not for me. He comes off very cold, rushed and arrogant. During my appointment I did not feel heard or that he even cared. He cut me off many times as I tried to explain my issue. He also offended me several times, at one point after sharing my occupation which was in line with my injury, he belittled my job and made me feel small. He was so highly rated that I was truly anticipating receiving great care. Instead I left with little to no answers and on the verge of tears from feeling disrespected.

What an amazing staff from front desk, to the nurse that took care of me prior to the doctor, and the doctor herself. Definitely top 3 experience in my nearly 45 years of going to the doctor. Amazing customer service all around. Finally a facility where the staff seems to care and listen to the patient's need carefully. Doc was amazing, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Kudos to this team!
Dr Barras and her support staff are all highly professional in their respective fields, likewise in their collectively providing a relaxing and comforting ambience as they carry out their work.

Ms. Laurel A. Barras, MD was excellent. I got a ejection in my knee and she did a excellent job. I did not feel the needle going in. I told her I'm going to make an appointment for my mom with her.
