Dr..Peters is very nice and knowledgeable. However the organization and communication in this office is abysmal! Absolutely horrible, they pick up the phone one out of every three calls, when they do they are always rushed and don't seem to want to hear what you have to say. During a regular five minute call to book an appointment or ask a question I was put on hold two or three times. Once you arrive staff is very nice, but again the communication is severely lacking. On multiple occasions receptionist left voicemails with my private test results on my cell phone which is very unprofessional, not to mention nerve wracking. …read more

This was a first visit to Dr. Seihan. Her nursing assistants were wonderful, very kind, took medical history, did tests and talked me through them as we went. Dr. Seihan was also terrific, took her time, asked questions, was very thorough, and after she had some of the test results, sat and talked to me about them and about follow-ups, some of which were done right away in her offices, others scheduled within a week. The only draw-back was a 45-minute wait before being ushered into an exam room, but I ultimately didn't care because she and her team were so terrific. For this kind of good treatment from a doctor and her team, I'd gladly wait whatever amount of time it took. …read more

I was seen on time by Dr. Mark Ilyagu. He had great bedside manner and answered all of my questions. The nice medical assistant that took my blood for tests was extremely efficient and gave me minimal pain. Everyone that works at that office was super kind to me.
