I had my first appointment with Dr. Kletsman today. I NEVER had to sit in the waiting area! I had a very pleasant experience with him and his staff. The office is quite modern inside an old building on 45th street- very convenient and neat as a pin. The staff makes everything happen seamlessly and without stress. I had a physical plus an EKG, no less, and was headed home in about 45 minutes. They had already called in a prescription for me and had the referral I needed for another diagnostic test elsewhere. The Bed-Stuy office is very cluttered and feels more like a basement apartment than a medical office. I was too nervous to have blood work done there when I saw the unorganized test tubes in the hall. Dr P and the nurse that saw me were both very pleasant and took my family health record and concerns very seriously, which other doctors have brushed off in the past.
