I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My professional journey has taken me through various environments, including wilderness behavioral programs, juvenile detention centers, acute mental health hospitals, and addiction clinics across North Carolina, Georgia, and Colorado. These diverse experiences have equipped me to specialize in areas such as addiction, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, life transitions, military and veteran support, and stress management. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions. Raised in western Montana, I developed a love for backpacking, rock climbing, and skiing, activities that continue to ground me. The name Beartooth pays homage to the Beartooth mountain range in south-central Montana, a place close to my heart. Now, I live in the Colorado Springs area with my wife and our three kids, who share my passion for the mountains and high lakes.
