Drawing on my background as a retired member of the U.S. Air Force, I bring discipline, commitment, and a compassionate understanding of life's challenges to my practice. As a husband and father of four, I know firsthand the importance of building strong, supportive relationships and nurturing a sense of connection and purpose. My journey in higher education began with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in 2019, followed by earning a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University in 2022. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work, which enables me to stay at the forefront of innovative, research-driven practices. Additionally, being EMDR trained and well-versed in a variety of therapeutic approaches allows me to customize treatment plans that address your unique needs—whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges. When we're in session, you'll find a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions.
