I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), my areas of focus are anxiety, grief, chronic illness and life transitions. I believe therapy is a great tool that helps create a positive foundation that centers growth, self-exploration, and lasting change. I hope to bring a collaborative, compassionate, and practical style to help clients build an understanding of themselves.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our sessions I value creating a genuine connection with my clients and providing a safe and open atmosphere. I focus on a strengths-based approach that provides an understanding of the clients’ abilities and improve self-esteem as well as mindfulness to assist in regulating the nervous system. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling empowered and understood.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The therapeutic process with me begins with an intake to understand presenting concerns, history, and identifying goals. From there, we will begin ongoing weekly sessions to explore patterns and develop adaptive coping strategies to help navigate any ongoing stressors or concerns. Overtime, we will monitor progress and discuss what is working and not working and tailor the treatment plan to provide the best support I can.
