The therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance and Abby strives to always create a nonjudgmental and safe space for clients to heal and grow. Abby works collaboratively with clients to help them gain awareness and insight into their problems and empowers individuals by focusing on and identifying their own strengths. She assists clients by teaching practical coping skills that can be applied to their day to day lives with the goal of overcoming personal challenges.
