My name is Abby Ruble, and I am a counselor licensed in Vermont, Virginia, and Colorado. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Doral Health & Wellness. Having lived both in the US and abroad, I bring cultural awareness to my practice. I have worked in schools as a school counselor and social worker, and I also run a private practice where I help adults manage symptoms of anxiety and depression related to job satisfaction and lifestyle choices. I work with clients who have experienced traumatic events and want to learn how to make their lives feel whole again. I take a direct approach and enjoy utilizing ACT, DBT, CBT, and SFT strategies. I believe in using an abundance mindset to help rewire patterns of thought, which I have found to be valuable for clients. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, hiking, reading, and spending quiet time with my Bassetoodle, Bruno.
