Hi, I’m Abby. I’m originally from Nashville, TN and currently live in Colorado. I earned my undergraduate degree in Gender Studies and Psychology and my Master of Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I began my career in community organizing and advocacy, which deeply shaped my understanding of how larger systems and our social fabric influence our personal experiences. In our work together, I believe you are the expert in your own healing, and my role is to support, encourage, and walk alongside you. I bring experience working with childhood trauma, sexual violence, mental health concerns, and both victims and perpetrators. I specialize in supporting clients navigating PTSD, boundaries, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy concerns, and healing from traumatic experiences. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based practices such as TF-CBT and EMDR. Above all, my goal is for you to feel safe, comfortable, and free to show up as your authentic self in the space we share. I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
