Get you out of your head and into your heart to gain insight into the root issues that are blocking you from being your most vibrant and authentic self! At Heart Room Therapy, I provide a safe space where you can work through heart issues and leave feeling more connected to yourself and those you love. With a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University, I am dedicated to supporting your journey toward healing and authentic connection.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I know how important it is to find a therapist you can trust. I have gone through the experience myself, and have found that it is often a felt sense of love, compassion, and authenticity that makes the greatest change. I believe that the key to healthy relationships requires courage, honesty and empathy. At times there are generational patterns at work that can keep you stuck. Using a relational-care approach, I will work with you to improve communication, raise self-esteem, connect with your experience and gain insight into unhealthy relational patterns. I work with issues such as depression, anxiety, intimacy, communication, racial identity, self-esteem, life-transitions. With my training and expertise I will walk alongside you to reach your goals.
