Hello, I'm Adrian, and I'm very happy to meet you. I am a native of Phoenix, AZ, and at 61 years old, I bring a wealth of life experience to my practice. Many moons ago, I was very depressed and finally went to therapy. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. After therapy, I knew I wanted to be a therapist and pass on the gift of freedom. I know firsthand that when we experience trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship problems, and life stress, we may feel as if we are stuck in a cycle of pain. It is a huge privilege for me to bring healing into the lives of people who may feel they are starting to unravel. I help my clients from the ages of eighteen to eighty find loving, healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships. It is my goal to help you know yourself as peaceful, whole, safe, and competent. No single approach works for everyone, which is why I have been trained in cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma therapy, and substance abuse. My educational background includes an M.A.S. and B.A.S. in counseling from Grand Canyon University, and I am a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor.
