As an LMSW in Michigan, I have extensive inpatient and outpatient mental health experience working with diverse populations. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you develop practical strategies for lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our initial sessions, we will collaborate to clearly identify your specific concerns, create a plan to address those concerns and make a commitment for a plan of execution. Many of my clients show improvement within the first few months and continue to progress successfully outside sessions.
