What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach incorporates Person-Centered theory, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to suit your specific needs. I am also trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), a treatment intervention that works with parents to help their children overcome problematic anxiety.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer telehealth sessions and look forward to working with you as you embark on a journey toward healing and growth.
