I offer a grounded space for you to safely express and explore your thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences. A place for you to begin your journey back to your authentic self. A place for you to feel fully seen and heard. Therapy is not always easy, but I believe that it is through this relationship that you can begin to heal and work towards living your best life. My style is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. Depending on your needs, I may integrate talk therapy with holistic approaches including relaxation exercises, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and expressive arts. I believe you deserve the right to be happy, healthy, and live a life you love. I hold a Master's in Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor's degree from Lesley University. I am a licensed social worker currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. My current employer is Beenish Ansari.
