What should a new client know about working with you?

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, where I was trained to practice with cultural humility, examine personal bias, and utilize diverse clinical modalities.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My clinical experience includes working with individuals serving life sentences in a transitional housing program and adults in community behavioral health settings across a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds. I have supported clients navigating generational trauma, sexual violence, religion and spirituality, sexuality, family dynamics, ableism, chronic or terminal illness, and life transitions. Above all, I aim to offer a compassionate, collaborative space where healing feels possible and growth feels sustainable.
