You may be feeling stuck and unhappy in your life, relationships or job and old coping skills are not effective anymore. You may feel a need for more support and self introspection to address challenges faced in today's world. I work closely with clients to build the emotional muscle needed to manage life's stressors, transitions and developmental concerns, as well as, ‘big and small’ trauma. Working with adults, adolescents and parent/child, we will work together towards a healthier and happier way of being with a lasting affect on mood, relationships and behavioral patterns. I have almost 20 years of experience and hold a Master's Degree from NYU and extensive post graduate training from The William Alanson White Institute. Additionally, I am trained in trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy. My experience includes working in hospitals, clinics, community settings and in private practice. Alongside my private practice, I teach and supervise professional mental health clinicians.
