As a therapist trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I use proven methods to reduce anxiety, manage intrusive thoughts, and break free from unhelpful patterns. Together we'll create a practical, supportive plan that fits your needs. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University (NYU) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with teens and adults who want ro better manage OCD, Anxiety, depression, and infertility.

My process is active, collaborative, and focused on both insight and real-world change—so you can begin to feel relief, resilience, and confidence in your everyday life. I use evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help you build practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, and other challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When we begin working together, my first priority is creating a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard and understood. In our early sessions, I’ll take time to learn about your experiences, goals, and what’s been getting in the way. From there, we’ll develop a personalized plan that balances structure with flexibility—always moving at a pace that feels manageable for you.
