Welcome! I'm so glad you stopped by! Whether you are needing a listening ear, or struggling with sadness, loneliness, or anxiety, you will find solace during treatment here at Mindful Moments. I offer talk therapy that is unique, unapologetic, and reimagines the way talk therapy should feel. Therapy that feels empathetic yet doesn’t sugar coat; easy to access but life changing. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I will help you see things from a different perspective. Whether you need help learning to cope with sadness, anxiety, or heal from trauma, I am here. We will work on learning about the mind, and activities and skills to help you live the life you have always desired! I also am able to utilize EMDR to help process traumatic memories through eye movements!
