I work with young adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and significant life transitions. I am particularly passionate about supporting clients through religious/spiritual trauma, including those undergoing deconstruction or faith transitions. Together, we will explore your identity, uncover how your past influences your present, and work toward discovering a deeper sense of meaning. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodiversity-informed, offering holistic treatment that honors your unique humanity. My approach is attachment and trauma-informed, utilizing client-centered therapy, EMDR, internal family systems (IFS), and somatic and mindfulness techniques. Instead of just managing symptoms, we will work together to heal what is at the root of these issues - including complex trauma, attachment wounds, or negative core beliefs. You are so much more than a diagnosis. My goal is to bring you back to the you that has always been there, worthy and whole.
