I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State and have a PhD in Clinical Psychology. My 36+ years of experience working with teens, young adults, and their families afford me the opportunity to empathize and relate to a broad range of individuals and their families. While helping people achieve long lasting change, I try to make counseling pleasant and enjoyable. I empower my clients to recognize the comfort and enjoyment of the here and now as we journey through life’s trials and tribulations. I am LGBTQIA affirming. Focusing on harm reduction, I utilize a client-centered approach, working from a systems perspective, to help families resolve their internal and external conflicts in a holistic manner. We will work together to help you meet your parenting goals. From my perspective, one’s mind, body and spirit must be strong, healthy and in sync for one to be truly happy and feel fulfilled.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
