What should a new client know about working with you?

I will meet you exactly where you are in your therapy journey. This space is about you, and it’s important that we honor that. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to continue the work, my goal is for you to feel safe, supported, and empowered to achieve your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We begin by getting to know you — your story, your experiences, and what has shaped you. This is your space to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. From there, we’ll gently explore what’s bringing you into therapy now and what you hope will feel different in your life. I make it a priority to meet you exactly where you are in the process, honoring your pace and readiness. Together, we’ll create meaningful, attainable goals so your therapy journey feels supportive, empowering, and truly aligned with what you need.
