My passion is establishing a partnership with clients where they are and helping facilitate conversation so they can take the reins of their lives, leading to greater fulfillment individually or in their relationships (platonic or romantic). I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. In my therapeutic space, there is no one-size-fits-all approach! The various conceptual frameworks I operate within include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Couples Counseling, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Additionally, within the session, I provide psychoeducation, sex coaching, coping skills, communication skills, assistance with life transitions (divorce, new career, etc.), self-care, and self-esteem. Each session is catered to your specific needs.
