Alessandra Vera graduated from John’s Hopkins University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She was inspired to become a mental health counselor to offer care grounded in trauma-informed principles and a nervous system-centered approach. She is passionate about providing culturally responsive care that honors each person’s identity, language, faith, and the effects of generational trauma.
