What should a new client know about working with you?

I want you to know that this is a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I lead with empathy and compassion, and I see therapy as a true partnership. My approach is client-centered, which means the work we do is always shaped around you, your goals, your strengths, and your pace. I've worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, so whatever you're bringing in, you don't have to navigate it alone. My ultimate goal is to support and empower you to overcome challenges and improve your overall quality of life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We start by getting to know each other, with an initial focus on understanding your history, your current concerns, and what you're hoping to achieve. From there, I work collaboratively with you to develop an individualized, evidence-based plan tailored to your needs. I draw from a variety of modalities like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches, meeting you wherever you are in the process. As we move forward, we'll continue checking in and adjusting so the work stays focused on what matters most to you and supports real, lasting growth.
