I adhere to all ethical principles and treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve. I am a Doctor in Traumatology and an LPC. I have counseled LEOs & Veterans. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing or EMDR, Exposure Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, CBT, Crisis Intervention, crisis, and Victim/Witness advocacy. I have also held Sexual Assault Awareness events and have worked with domestic violence individuals. Whether you are facing trauma, depression, fear, anxiety, stress, cultural issues, relationship issues, stigma of seeking help, oppression, borderline/personality, negative self talk, SI/HI/Psychosis, and/or any other mental health-related issues, I believe that by us working together, we can develop a treatment plan centered on you and your specific needs.
