Life can be overwhelming at times, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. Taking the first step can be difficult, so I'm glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW-C) with experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy to adolescents and adults. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and self-esteem. As a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) clinician, I frequently integrate DBT skills into my work to help clients strengthen emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. You can expect me to listen with compassion, ask thoughtful questions, and work collaboratively with you to develop a plan that fits your unique needs. My hope is that you'll leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work we'll do together.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with a variety of clients that may be struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, communication, and mood disorders. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. After that, I use a wide range of therapies and interventions from DBT to traditional talk therapy. With any type of modality, it is client centered and trauma informed.
