I am a bilingual, Spanish and English therapist with almost 10 years experience working with adolescent and adult clients helping them to navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and other areas of their lives. My approach to therapy is be to be open, empathetic and non judgmental when working with all of my clients. I provide a quiet and calm environment to hold space for client's and their struggles, pain, and successes.
